Assignments: January 9 to 21, 2012
As announced by Mr. Davis, we’re moving into a new assignment structure focusing on teams assigned to specific beats. This week’s assignment list is a first start toward this new structure. Since most organizations now recognize FreedomNet Citizen Journalists (although wear your credentials to be sure!), adult mentors may or may not be present for every event/activity.
NOTE: Beat assignments are not completely confirmed; citizen journalists may attend or monitor any additional areas, depending on their interest and available time. So if your name doesn’t appear where you expected it to, please feel free over the next two weeks to attend and report on any event or beat in which you are interested. We’ll reconfirm beat assignments at the January 21 staff meeting.
