As an enegagment worker Najmo has gained skills in communication, planning and implementing RBAC events and recruiting youth and community members to engage in RBAC activities e.g., Neighborhood Beautification Team, Corner Greeters, Back2School Bash, RB Town Halls, Farm Stand and other community building activities.
